With a team of about 10,000 employees in 60 cities across Europe, adesso is one of the leading IT providers in the German-speaking market. For the office of adesso Spain, we are seeking a Salesforce Functional Consultant/Admin (Mid-Senior).

Position Details

This position offers the possibility of remote work, prioritizing candidates based in:

• Barcelona
• Madrid
• Sevilla/Jerez

to facilitate collaboration and office presence when needed.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly in projects involving Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
• Apex development to build custom logic and automate business processes within the Salesforce platform.
• Proficiency in Salesforce core configuration and declarative development tools, including Flows, Validation Rules, Escalation Rules, Milestones, Paths, among others.
• Strong knowledge of best practices for implementation and version management (experience with SFDX is a plus).
• Experience working with Agile methodologies, including gathering functional requirements, defining specifications, and collaborating on the architecture of functional solutions.
• Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in international environments.

Desired Skills and Certifications

• Additional certifications such as: Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Experience Cloud Consultant certifications.
• Previous experience in project management with multidisciplinary teams and a focus on user experience.
