The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience in supply chain and change management, with expertise in SAP S4. Strong leadership and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders are essential. The role is pivotal in driving successful project delivery across multiple functions, starting immediately for a duration of 6 months.

Change Management & Supply Chain Consultant – 6 months – Remote

RED is now supporting a leading international client in the consumer goods sector on a large-scale transformation project and is looking for a Change Management & Supply Chain Consultant to join the team. This role combines strategic change‑management expertise with deep knowledge of supply‑chain processes and will be key to driving successful project delivery across multiple functions.

Start: Immediate
Duration: 6 months+
Location: Remote
Language: English and Spanish

Key Requirements:

• 8 years of experience in supply chain and change‑management roles, with proven leadership in complex transformations.
• Deep understanding of SAP S4 and its applications in supply chain.
• Extensive experience leading large‑scale transformation initiatives, driving organizational change, and aligning business processes.
• Strong change‑management expertise in the consumption sector or similar industries.
• Fluency in English (advanced level), with additional Spanish skills a plus.
• Ability to interact with senior business and IT stakeholders, providing leadership and clear communication.
• Proven experience in defining, driving, and managing changes to people, processes, and systems.
