In this role, you'll identify top talent, build client relationships, and manage recruitment processes. • Native or fluent in Dutch (C1) and proficient in English (B2).

• Customer-oriented with a knack for building and nurturing relationships.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and within timescales.
• \"Can-do\" attitude with a proactive and dynamic approach.
• Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office.
• Willingness to travel in line with business needs.
• Recent graduate, eager to learn.
• Eligible to live and work in the Czech Republic.
