The successful candidate will develop and implement trade marketing activities and category management strategies. To develop and implement a consistent and effective Category Management and Merchandizing structure and policy that delivers the added value excellence within the function through trade marketing activities product sampling and promotes, point of sale placement and effective merchandizing.

Activities:
  • Ensure the product-sampling sessions are planned, communicated, coordinated and conducted successfully.
  • Ensure in-store promotions are carried out according to company policy.
  • Deliver high Category and merchandising standards by developing and implementing the Almarai Category and Merchandising policy.
  • Contribute to better management decision making by providing timely market-related information.
  • Ensure the availability and effective usage of point-of-sale material displays in the market by Region, by channel throughout the territory.
Requirement:
