A cybersecurity firm is seeking a Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation. You will be responsible for writing articles, proofreading, and collaborating with teams to ensure accuracy. Strong verbal and written communication skills, experience with Markdown, and proficiency in Git are essential. • Public examples of user manuals and how-to guides is a plus.
• Understanding of basic principles of information security.
• Ability to work with graphic editors for creating and editing images and diagrams.
• Willingness to take ownership of complex technical documentation and conduct in-depth research.
• Strong skills in information structuring and high standards for text quality.

Responsabilidades

• Write articles for how-to guides according to the Diataxis framework.
• Proofread texts prepared by other technical writers.
• Liaise with various teams to ensure technical accuracy.
• Create flowcharts illustrating installation processes.

Conocimientos

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience with Markdown markup language

Analytical mindset and attention to detail

Practical understanding of at least one software development methodology

Basic understanding of UI / UX principles

Proficiency in Google Docs office suite

Experience using Git

English language proficiency at C1 level or higher

Solid knowledge in computer science and / or cybersecurity
