We are looking for a Technical Presales Specialist with experience in Penetration Testing and/or Risk Management & Governance (RMG) Presales.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Attend meetings (virtual or face-to-face) with potential clients to determine technical and business requirements, ensuring all necessary information is collected before producing a solution.
  2. Provide documented solutions professionally and within agreed timeframes.
  3. Create and confidently deliver presentations internally and externally.
  4. Liaise with Sales, Delivery, and Product Management teams to agree on deliverables and influence responses based on evidence.
  5. Respond to RFPs/RFIs with quality technical responses, collaborating with the commercial and bid teams to maximize success.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert on NCC Group’s products and solutions.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and influence response improvements.
  9. Generate new business by effectively communicating and representing our brand, with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for pre-sales activities.
  10. Explain technical content clearly to non-technical audiences across various seniority levels, from technical teams to C-suite executives.
  11. Maintain strong technical security knowledge, understanding cyber security threats and mitigation techniques.
  12. Manage client interactions and expectations professionally.
  13. Possess proposal and tender writing experience with commercial awareness.
  14. Deliver client presentations effectively, supporting collateral and delivery.
  15. Develop solutions that address client problems while maintaining profit margins.
  16. Provide technical guidance for quality assurance processes.
  17. Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
  18. Experience in integrating cybersecurity solutions.
  19. Deep understanding of network architectures, IT infrastructure, applications, systems, and cloud services like Azure and AWS.
  20. Knowledge of cyber security threats, threat actors, tradecraft, and mitigation techniques.
  21. Knowledge of penetration testing methodologies and their outcomes.
  22. Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, or The Critical Security Controls.
  23. Understanding of compliance requirements related to cyber security practices.
  24. Certifications like CISSP, CCSP, or similar are advantageous.
