A global certification organization is hiring a Certification Manager responsible for implementing the certification program and ensuring the quality of services. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with certification systems and practical auditing skills, along with a relevant college degree. The role requires effective communication in a multicultural environment and the ability to lead audit processes.

Formación

• Five or more years of experience in Certification Systems.
• Practical audit experience and approved Lead Auditor status.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement procedures for the certification system.
• Coordinate audits and manage training programs.
• Maintain document control and accreditation.

The Certification Manager is responsible for the technical implementation of ABS Quality Evaluations, Inc. certification program and the quality of services delivered.

What You Will Do :

• Develop and implement procedures to support the application of ABS QE’s certification system.
• Implement the Certification System.
• Coordinate and participate in the management system functions, including internal audit, management review, and continual improvement.
• Maintain Document Control
• Maintain accreditation to ensure ABS QE business activities are in good standing.
• Coordinate and provide auditor training, approval, development and monitoring.
• Administrator of training programs and certification records.
• Review audit packages and make the certification decision.

What You Will Need :

Education and Experience

• College degree or equivalent.
• Five () or more years of experience in Certification Systems.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of the audit and certification process; shall have practical audit experience and be an approved Lead Auditor.
• Effective communicator with auditors, administrators, managers, accrediting bodies and customers.
• Intellectual thought leader on management systems, their application and benefit.
• Perceptive of and responsive to multi-cultural environments.
• Ability to obtain working knowledge of the ABS Quality Evaluations Quality & Environmental Management System.
