A leading wind energy company in Zaragoza seeks a technical trainer to conduct advanced operations and provide training to technicians and customers. The ideal candidate will have a background in Technical Engineering, experience with wind turbines, and strong communication skills. This role involves adapting training materials and traveling to various wind farm locations in Spain, ensuring a sustainable future in energy.

Formación

• Technical Engineering or technical vocational training required.
• Experience with Nordex wind turbines highly preferred.
• Must possess a medium/high level of written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Execute advanced technical operations.
• Provide on-site technical support.
• Evaluate technical reports.

• Responsible for execution of advanced and complex technical operations.
• Responsible to provide remote and on-site technical support.
• Responsible for evaluation of technical reports.
• Committed to expand specialist knowledge on turbine components.
• Responsible for availability and performance analysis as well as coordination and implementation of improvement measures.
• Provide high level safety and technical training to our internal (and external) customers. Always ensure the safety of our participants.
• Provide technical training to O&M technicians, subcontractors and customers.
• Adapt global training material and update training content to local requirements.
• Provide trainings in different locations in Spain.

YOUR PROFILE

• Technical Engineering or technical vocational training. Other degrees may also be considered depending on professional experience.
• Experience in AW and Nordex windturbines.
• Medium/High level of written and spoken English.
• MS Office knowledge (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).
• Strong sense of organization and planning, strong communication skills.
• Flexible and able to adapt to the daily activities according to the necessities, proactivity and initiative.
• Enjoyment in conveying learning content and dealing with diverse groups.
• Teamwork, high self-motivation and commitment, in addition to the willingness for continuous development
• Willingness to travel to our windfarms in Spain.
