About the Role

1. Work directly with the Associate Director Delivery to deliver larger & complex projects as part of our Product Roadmap.
2. Establish the project plan, including reports to monitor progress and identify risks and dependencies.
3. Establish communication with various stakeholders on progress updates.
4. Coordinate work between technical teams and business representatives.
5. Support the associate director delivery as an IT Program Lead, tackling business, technical, and operational challenges with a structured approach and technical solutions.
6. Become a trusted partner to executive leadership, providing guidance on complex issues from day one.
7. Contribute to building the future of freight by joining at the ground level.

In This Role You Will

1. Work closely with tech & ops leadership (VPs & engineering director).
2. Understand high-level business requirements and support tech teams with implementation.
3. Support project management efforts, prioritizing and monitoring work according to joint objectives.
4. Develop execution plans aligned with the product roadmap.
5. Motivate teams and promote agile progress.
6. Prepare, evaluate, and coordinate project information for decision-making.
7. Actively manage risks and conflicts.
8. Manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
9. Utilize strong negotiation and facilitation skills.

Preferably You Have

1. 4+ years of experience in IT project management, tech product management, consulting, or related fields; startup experience preferred.
2. Experience in defining structured solutions to complex strategic issues with an analytical, data-driven approach.
3. Ability to work with remote teams.
4. Attention to detail combined with swift execution.
5. Self-starter attitude with investigative skills to gather necessary data.
6. Clear, concise communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information quickly.
7. Fluency in English; German is a plus.
