A multinational technology company in Madrid is looking for a part-time Talent Coordinator to manage training schedules, support HR activities, and handle administrative tasks. This internship lasts 6 months, with flexible hours allowing balance with your studies. The position includes a gross allowance of 600 EUR/month, home-office opportunities, and lunch vouchers. Ideal candidates are studying HR or similar fields and must hold a bachelor's degree.

The training coordinator position focuses on managing the day-to-day tasks and routine processes associated with the trainning lifecycle, ensuring front-line support to trainners, trainees and HR Team.

We are looking for a Talent Coordinator, to support us into a very key project within our Company Group, main responsibilities are related to training schedules, HR support and administrative tasks. Is essential that you can sign an agreement with your University (Prácticas Curriculares / Extracurriculares)

What you will do ✍️
  • Manage the complete learning process related actions and tasks in Workday and according to the project learning plan
  • Support in translation review process activities with internal and external stakeholders
  • Review accurate and insightful HR data in Workday
  • Support internal communication and managing schedules
  • Collaborate with the local HR team
  • Other activities related to Trainers’ needs if necessary
What you need to have ?
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Employment Relations, Psychology, Administration, mandatory to sign an agreement with University.
  • Fluent English level
  • Medium MS Office skills
  • No previous experience needed

  • Effectively uses fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of training and learning partner responsibilities
