📊 Use data to make hiring better —spot trends, remove bottlenecks, and find ways to streamline processes with automation and fresh ideas.

💼 Bring our brand to life —from LinkedIn to Glassdoor to our careers site. Create content and campaigns that tell our story and attract the people we want on board.

🎓 Grow our talent pipeline —represent Volotea at recruitment fairs, build partnerships with schools and universities, and strengthen our future talent flow.

What will make you succeed in this role?

• A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Hands-on experience using sourcing tools—especially LinkedIn Recruiter—to find and engage niche or hard-to-reach talent.
• Strong internal client orientation—you understand the value of partnership and service in HR.
• You’re proactive, resilient, and know how to juggle priorities with a smile.
• You’re absolutely detail-oriented, organized, and love finding ways to improve how things work.
• You speak both English and Spanish fluently—and enjoy working across cultures. French and Italian are a nice to have.
