We are seeking a passionate Tableau Developer to join our Data Visualization Competence Center. This role requires Tableau dashboard development with platform site administration responsibilities. The candidate will manage the Tableau platform's day-to-day operations, design impactful dashboards, and drive Tableau adoption across the organization by providing training and user support.

YOUR CHALLENGE

1. Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations tailored to business needs.
2. Provide support to BI users, addressing technical issues and offering guidance.
3. Deliver training sessions, workshops, and self-service resources to upskill users at varying proficiency levels.
4. Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Prep, and Site Administration.
5. SQL knowledge for querying data sources.
6. Work with agile development methodology, adhering to best practices.
7. Experience in working with Tableau and SQL is a must.
8. Tableau Desktop certification and Tableau Public profile are a plus.
9. Experience with Tableau APIs is a plus.
10. Experience with programming languages (Python, JS, PowerShell) is a plus.
11. Experience with Power BI is a plus.

YOUR PROFILE

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or related discipline.
2. Exceptional communication skills to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
3. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
