Formación

What you will do:

The Roles, Key Responsibilities, and Tasks

As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges, and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a System Engineer in the Corporate IT Services team, you will be in charge of:

  • Provide Level 2 support for end users focusing on identity management issues.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing automation opportunities.
  • Provide technical information, analysis, and recommendations to leadership.
  • Analyze and tune system performance, capacity, and functionality of complex systems.
  • Review methods and procedures to ensure data integrity, protection, and security standards.

This area is responsible for all user management support, starters and leavers process, credential and access management, daily operations, and developing/devolving the UM service, implementing initiatives to improve service, end-to-end responsibility of the full stack based on defined KPIs and SLAs.

What you need to succeed:

  • Higher vocational training.

  • Minimum experience of at least 2 years in Service Desk.

  • High level of spoken and written English; it is the language of communication of our customers; a level test will be done.

  • Technical IT background.

  • Experience in user management, technical skills.

  • Knowledge of identity management technologies (examples: AD, GOOGLE, SAILPOINT).

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication skills, especially when explaining technical information.

  • Good time management skills to meet users' needs and problems.

  • Passion for technology.

  • Experience in automation and coding.

  • Knowledge of SailPoint identity and access management technology.
