About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Synergy Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating connected technologies that reshape industries and transform lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capitalize on in-depth knowledge of customer processes, applications, and decision criteria to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Support sales teams as a trusted advisor, technical consultant, and process expert to implement cross-domain solutions.
  • Define, use, customize, and create architecture designs to meet customer requirements and bring differentiating value propositions.
  • Help establish solution strategy and best practices.
  • Review customer requests and create compliance, deviations, and exceptions lists.
  • Influence customer requests and translate them into possible technological solutions.
  • Provide complex technical design including technical proposals for commercial proposals.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders involved in tendering stages.
  • Collaborate with clients and development teams to arrive at recommended solutions and provide direct support in meetings and presentations.
Main Interactions
  • Reports to the Tendering team Lead.
  • Internal : Sales Manager, Opportunity Leader, Intra Group suppliers, Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality.
  • External : customers and Outside Group suppliers.
