The Offer:

  • Work closely with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers to maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collect and communicate customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual in Swedish and fluent in English.
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or customer success.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365).
  • Bonus points if you have experience with Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365, or hold a Microsoft Fundamentals certification.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and expand your client portfolio.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, helping businesses adopt advanced cloud technologies.
  • Competitive salary between 19,500 - 31,500 gross/year, with private medical insurance.
  • Full-time contract in Spain with paid training on the company's products and technologies.
  • Work in a modern office located in Benalmádena, close to the beach, surrounded by a vibrant and innovative team.
