You will work closely with internal teams and external consultants to drive impactful actions, measure progress, and communicate results, playing a key role in shaping our responsible future.

Responsibilities

As our Sustainability & ESG Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing and driving MiiN's sustainability strategy across the organization. Your key tasks will include :

• Sustainability Roadmap & Coordination: Lead the internal sustainability roadmap and coordinate effectively with external advisors.
• ESG Data & Reporting: Conduct ESG data collection and contribute to non-financial reporting (e.g., CSRD, GRI).
• Stakeholder Engagement: Organize stakeholder engagement activities, materiality assessments, and sustainability workshops.
• KPIs & Action Plans: Develop and track sustainability KPIs and related action plans.
• Product & Supplier Initiatives: Support initiatives related to product sustainability, certifications (e.g., BCorp), and supplier standards.
• Sustainability Ambassador: Act as an ambassador for sustainability across the organization, fostering a culture of responsibility.

Minimum Requirements

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, CSR, ESG, Business & Sustainability, or a similar field. Degrees in Communication, Economics, or Business Administration (ADE) with a specialization or training in sustainability may also be considered.
• 2-5 years of experience in sustainability, CSR, or ESG consulting (in companies or agencies).
• Good understanding of sustainability frameworks and concepts such as SDGs, ESG, GRI, CSRD, BCorp, etc.
• Proven project management skills, experience in non-financial report writing, and materiality analysis.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, Catalan is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal teams and external consultants.
