Formación

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business preferred.

Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Officer to join our team at the Getafe Plant. This role is responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of outsourced and purchased products, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting material flow, inventory control, and supplier performance.

Responsibilities
  • Place Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with Purchase Requests on behalf of the commodity.
  • Monitor and manage material flows to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and cost efficiency.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability of materials and components.
  • Launch first-level corrective and preventive actions in case of supply chain disruptions.
  • Manage inventory levels and oversee order management processes with suppliers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align supply chain activities with production and customer needs.
Skills
  • University degree or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain, Engineering, Business).
  • Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in a similar role or within the company is highly valued.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
