Job Description:

About the Graduate Program:

Our Graduate Program offers a 24-month professional experience in a real and challenging environment. During this program:

• You will work in a real position on a project with a direct business impact.
• You will receive guidance and support from experienced professionals who will mentor your development.
• You will follow a specific Training & Development Pathway:

1st Year: Acquisition of technical knowledge and its initial implementation.

2nd Year: Practical application of the acquired knowledge.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Demand planning and forecasting
• Production & delivery planning and programming
• Receiving and processing sales orders
• Communicating with customers regarding demand, orders, call-offs, stock, and delivery status
• Coordinating shipments and transfers
• Monitoring inventory levels and replenishment
• Handling customer complaints and inquiries
• Managing Customer SLAs
• Reporting on service and performance KPIs

Main Requirements:

Academic Qualification / Other Training:

• Mandatory: University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering
• Optional: Supply Chain / Logistics Master Degree

Language Skills: High proficiency in written and spoken English (C1); Polish and/or German is a plus.
