A leading renewable energy company is seeking a Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer located in the Área Metropolitana, Aranguren, Spain. This role involves supplier qualification, audit planning, and quality assurance during production. Candidates should possess an engineering degree, experience in quality tools, and be willing to travel 40-50% annually. Formación

• Degree in engineering or similar required.
• Fluent English and experience in quality assurance tools.

Responsabilidades

• Supplier quality assurance for Capex and tooling.
• Qualification of new suppliers and conducting audits.
• Quality assurance during serial production.
• Planning and conducting supplier audits.
• Non-conformance management with suppliers.
• Drive quality improvements and implement control plans.

Descripción del empleo

TASKS: Supplier Quality assurance of Capex and tooling for Nordex Group, including transportation frames, installation tools, and when needed support also on production and blade manufacturing capex

• Qualification of new suppliers. Audit process and assessments
• New product homologation and first samples in coordination with Sourcing and Engineering
• Quality assurance during serial production
• Planning of audits and follow up visits and inspections to suppliers
• NC Management with suppliers
• Establish control plans and drive suppliers Quality improvements.
• Implementation of APQP4Wind in the supply chain of responsibility

YOUR PROFILE:

• Engineering degree or similar
• Experience in Quality Tools & APQP, and FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) and SAT (Site Acceptance Tests), Welding procedures.
• High English Level
• Availability to travel (40-50% annually)
