Mission:
To ensure the highest quality standards in customer and supplier interactions by continuously improving quality processes, monitoring key indicators, and proactively addressing non-conformities to guarantee customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the plant team in all customer and supplier quality topics
• Lead and participate in audits, quality reviews, and KPI tracking (RPPM, DPPM, SQTS, etc.)
• Propose and implement continuous improvement actions within the Quality department
• Manage process anomalies and ensure timely resolution of quality issues (LeAD, QNs)
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards and certifications
• Conduct regular reporting (weekly, monthly) and manage documentation in BeON
• Ensure training in quality modules and lead WC/ACA quality improvement committees
• Support new project documentation and homologation processes
Key Requirements:
• Experience in quality management (customer and supplier focus), preferably in automotive
• Strong understanding of KPIs such as RPPM, DPPM, ACA, QNs, chargebacks, etc.
• Ability to analyze data, manage audits, and drive corrective actions
• Skilled in reporting, documentation tools, and quality platforms (e.g., BeON)
• Collaborative and proactive mindset with attention to detail
• Fluent in English and Spanish is preferred
