Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations within the Retreat area and all personalized services associated with this exclusive zone.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the Retreat team to ensure outstanding service, presentation, and professionalism.
- Ensure a seamless, consistent, and highly personalized guest experience from arrival to departure.
- Anticipate guest preferences and expectations, manage special requests, and coordinate bespoke experiences.
- Handle guest concerns with discretion, empathy, and efficiency, ensuring excellent resolution.
- Work closely with Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, and other departments.
- Proactively follow up on VIP, repeat, and special occasion guests.
- Ensure all relevant guest information is accurately recorded and maintained in internal systems.
- Uphold brand standards, service quality, and privacy within the Retreat area.
- Support ongoing team training and participate in continuous service improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in exclusive environments such as Retreat, Club Level, Concierge, Guest Relations, or luxury Front Office operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to inspire teams and maintain the highest standards of service at all times.
- A genuine passion for personalized luxury service and refined problem‑solving.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a strong advantage.
- Valid work authorization for Spain.
