A consulting firm is seeking a SuccessFactors EC & Payroll Consultant to join their remote team in Spain. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in Employee Central and Spanish Payroll. Fluency in Spanish is required. You will support implementations and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure project success. This is a full-time remote position with opportunities for long-term contracts.

Overview

SuccessFactors EC & Payroll Consultant - Technical and Functional

Location : Remote (Spain-based). Contract : Freelance / Contract.

Our client has an urgent need to scale their SuccessFactors team. With more than 20 new consultants required, there is significant long-term work available. The immediate priority is Employee Central (EC) and Spanish Payroll, with opportunities to support across other modules as a second priority. This is a fully remote role, but you must be based in Spain and fluent in Spanish. You\'ll join a growing delivery team made up of both functional and technical consultants, ensuring successful implementations and integrations across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Support and contribute to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Proven expertise in Spanish Payroll
• Fluent in Spanish (spoken & written)
• Based in Spain with the ability to work remotely
• Comfortable working in cross-functional delivery teams

Nice to Have

• Experience across other SuccessFactors modules
• Consultancy or multi-project background
