Role Details

Job Title: SuccessFactors EC & Payroll Consultant

Location: Remote (Spain-based)

Contract: Freelance / Contract

About the Role

Our client has an urgent need to scale their SuccessFactors team. With more than 20 new consultants required, there is significant long-term work available. The immediate priority is Employee Central (EC) and Spanish Payroll, with opportunities to support across other modules as a second priority.

This is a fully remote role, but you must be based in Spain and fluent in Spanish. You'll join a growing delivery team made up of both functional and technical consultants, ensuring successful implementations and integrations across multiple projects.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Proven expertise in Spanish Payroll
• Fluent in Spanish (spoken & written)
• Based in Spain with the ability to work remotely
• Comfortable working in cross-functional delivery teams

Nice to Have

• Experience across other SuccessFactors modules
• Consultancy or multi-project background
