Our business consulting team participates in end‑to‑end projects for different sectors (banking, insurance, travel, energy…) from a perspective that is far from traditional consulting.

We are looking for a person who has

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management or related field. Master’s degree / MBA is highly desirable.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate development or equivalent, with proven banking or financial services exposure.
• Deep understanding of banking sector: products, operations, risk & regulatory environments, competitive dynamics.
• Strong background in operating models and change management; experience designing and driving organizational transformations.
• Demonstrated track record of taking strategic plans from conception through execution with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills; able to work with complex data, build models, interpret KPIs, and draw insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Leadership skills: ability to lead teams, influence without direct authority, drive accountability.

Among other things, this is what you will do

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Take full responsibility for leading proposals and projects from conception to implementation, ensuring all milestones and objectives are met through clear planning and regular monitoring. Support strategic business projects by providing valuable insights and analysis, contributing to understanding business objectives and contexts.
• Team Leadership: Skilled in leading and motivating mid‑sized teams to achieve goals and foster a productive environment. Experienced in mentoring and developing future leaders, nurturing talent within the organization to sustain long‑term growth and success.
• Innovation & Creativity: Demonstrates the ability to support and execute innovative ideas effectively. Encourages creative solutions within the team environment. Develops and progresses ideas and creative solutions to existing problems.
• Collaboration & Communication: Leads with initiative by identifying opportunities for improvement and driving positive changes within the organization. Coordinates cross‑functional teams effectively, ensuring clear communication and collaboration to achieve project success.
• Continuous Improvement: Keeps abreast of industry trends and new technologies. Actively pursues continuous development in emerging areas to offer cutting‑edge solutions, complemented by a comprehensive understanding of global business dynamics for strategic planning and competitive positioning.
