Formación

• 8+ years of progressive HRBP or HR generalist experience in multinational or matrixed environment.
• Experience supporting Senior Director-level leaders and below.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities across regions.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the HRBP for leaders in Spain and Italy, providing coaching and support.
• Support talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management processes.
• Advise on employee relations cases and local labor law matters.
