Formación

• At least 7 years of experience in sourcing or procurement.
• Proven track record in vendor management and cost optimization.
• Experience with contract negotiations in a multi-vendor environment.
• Fluent in English; experience with multiple cultures is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic sourcing for G&A functions, including marketing and HR.
• Identify cost savings through negotiation and vendor management.
• Partner with teams to develop sourcing strategies aligned with business needs.
• Manage end-to-end procurement process from supplier selection to invoice reconciliation.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members.
