A leading customer platform company is seeking a Lead Contract Manager in Madrid to manage customer contracts and renewals. You will negotiate value-driven renewals while ensuring superb customer experiences. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in contract management and are fluent in Spanish, Italian, and English. The role offers flexible working preferences including in-office, hybrid, or remote options.

Formación

  • 5 years of experience in contract or renewal management.
  • Experience working with Legal teams on complex contracts.
  • Experience with large organizations of 200+ employees.

Responsabilidades

  • Negotiate value-driven renewals and contract changes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to grow accounts.
  • Lead forecasting discussions and pipeline reviews.
