From our Interim Management team, we are looking for a Store Development Manager to join one of our clients: a well‑known international premium fashion company, recognized for its strong brand identity, timeless design and global retail network.

🎯 Your mission

You will be responsible for supervising and managing store development projects, from coordination and layout definition to final delivery, acting as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

🏬 Key responsibilities

• Lead store and corner opening projects from planning to final delivery
• Coordinate internal teams (Marketing, Retail, Wholesale) and external partners
• Act as project leader and main point of contact for each opening
• Work closely with the global architecture studio, local architect, and Finance and Retail teams
• Review construction and shop drawings throughout all project phases
• Manage contractors and suppliers, including tenders and bidding processes
• Control project budgets, costs, payments and deliveriesConduct quality control and site visits
• Oversee store maintenance projects and refurbishments
• Supervise the store maintenance team

• 3–5 years of experience in store development, architecture, interior design or project management
• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• Strong technical and construction knowledge
• Ability to plan and manage several projects at the same time
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment
• Availability to travel abroad
• Fluent English (French is a plus)
