How our founder residency works

1. The residency runs for an initial 6-10 weeks, requires your full-time commitment to building your company and starts on 22 September 2025.
2. Pressure cooker environment allowing you to validate, complete your cofounding team and build even more steam faster, culminating in first investment for selected teams.
3. Once the initial investment is committed, you will join the portfolio as a full member - you will continue to have your desk in our office for months.

Who we are looking for

• Founders that are incredibly committed, ambitious, ready to build and have 100% mindshare for their next company.
• Building experience is preferred, the more momentum you already have on your next business the better.
• Founders who have an idea that they believe they can solve and are deeply interested in.
• Backgrounds are very diverse and hunger and drive matter more to us than previous experience.

Requirements

• Availability starting 22 September 2025 to be full time for the duration of the residency in Amsterdam, Berlin, or Munich.
• Already located in Europe and / or ability to be legally building from Europe for the years to come.
