The Community Team
This team is one of the major components of Ekkiden's success. It is a dynamic and connected team that enables the group to develop using the most advanced techniques and tools in events, digital, web, and community management.
This Community Team addresses recruitment challenges by managing relationships with business and engineering schools, participating in trade shows, maintaining a presence on social networks, producing content, monitoring applications, and engaging with candidates. This hybrid team helps the Business teams gain market share and supports the group's growth by surrounding itself with the best talent at the right time and place.
Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for recruiting consultants for our French Market.
Overall
- Conducting competitive and market intelligence
- Identifying areas for process improvement, service enhancement, and opportunities to expand our services
Recruitment
- Building strong relationships with Business Managers across your area
- Collaborating closely with Business Managers to understand roles, business needs, and client expectations
- Defining key sourcing criteria
- Identifying and contacting suitable candidates via job boards, social networks, and events
- Coaching managers on recruitment and selection techniques to ensure legal compliance
- Maintaining accurate records in the recruitment system
Community
- Developing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Building and managing candidate communities post-recruitment
- Brainstorming innovative acquisition and resourcing strategies
What we are looking for
- A proactive personality! Someone self-driven, perseverant, eager to get involved, make an impact, and participate in an ambitious entrepreneurial project within a passionate team.
- Availability in July 2025 for at least 5 to 6 months.
- Strong interest in community management, digital, communication, recruitment, and networking.
- Ideally seeking an end-of-studies internship with the goal of being hired on a permanent basis afterward.
- Master’s degree focusing on HR, Talent Acquisition, Digital, Marketing, or Communication.
- Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
