Since then, we have produced ground-breaking devices like Fire tablets, Fire TV and Amazon Echo. What will you help us create?

Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple organizations including Transportation, Business Intelligence, Operations, and Finance, ensuring alignment among diverse stakeholders
  • Partner with supply chain experts across DGL to drive, support, and influence strategic business initiatives that enable K-Flex to scale globally
  • Collaborate with 3PL operation field leaders to identify and implement innovative technology solutions and scale operational productivity through new initiatives
  • Analyze operational barriers systematically, focusing on root cause identification and understanding financial impact drivers
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and 3PL partners to proactively identify and remove daily operational obstacles
  • Drive operational consistency through network-wide process standardization initiatives
  • Evaluate global warehouse topology and facility design to optimize network efficiency
  • Conduct business reviews with Senior Leadership, presenting insights, risks, and recommendations
  • Travel regularly to support operations and stakeholder engagement (travel is essential for this role)
A day in the life

In this role, you\'ll drive strategic initiatives for a rapidly scaling business within the K-Flex Operations team. Your day will involve managing complex, cross-functional projects that span multiple organizations and geographies. You\'ll collaborate closely with 3PL partners, supply chain experts, and internal stakeholders to solve operational challenges and implement innovative solutions. Regular communication with senior leadership is essential—you\'ll present project status updates, identify risks, and recommend process improvements that drive network-wide impact. Success in this position requires strong project management capabilities, excellent presentation skills, and a demonstrated ability to deliver results in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Basic Qualifications
  • Experience working with large, complex data sets
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience with operations/supply chain
  • Experience in third party vendor/research partner management contract negotiation
  • Experience in leading large, cross functional projects
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of statistics or other analytical techniques
  • Experience with SQL
  • Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, formulae, and data visualization
