• Handle and manage assigned specialty claims in line with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Allocate reserves and manage payments within authorization limits.
• Coordinate external professionals such as lawyers, solicitors, experts, and investigators.
• Negotiate and execute out-of-court settlements.
• Provide personalized attention to brokers and major accounts.
• Participate in underwriting and claims meetings.
