A consulting agency is seeking a Squad Digital Lead to spearhead an S/4HANA deployment project in the energy sector. You will provide leadership and coordination to a digital squad, ensuring effective communication between business and IT teams. Candidates should have proven experience in S/4HANA deployment, preferably in international environments. The role is hybrid, requiring 2 days onsite and 3 days remote. Strong communication skills are essential, with a start date as soon as possible and a tenure of 6 months potentially renewable.

Squad Digital Lead – Freelance

Francois @RedGlobal is looking for a Squad Digital Lead to drive a strategic S/4HANA deployment project in the energy sector across Europe (Grenoble, Budapest, or Barcelona) – hybrid 2 days onsite, 3 days remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coordination for a digital squad in the context of S/4HANA deployment.
• Act as the main point of contact between business and IT teams, fostering strong communication and team cohesion.
• Master both technical and functional aspects of S/4HANA (Public Cloud is a plus).
• Report status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with S/4HANA deployment in international environments.
• Experience in the energy sector is a plus.
• Strong communication and team cohesion skills.

Logistics

• Start date: ASAP.
• Duration: 6 months renewable – long‑term project.
