Job Summary

Role holder develops and drives safety promotion within Swissport, as well as supporting elements of security, environment and quality engagement and promotion. As part of the new Safety Plan Swissport’s vision is to create and deploy modern, innovative, fun and engaging safety content to help frontline colleagues understand safety rules and the consequences of getting it wrong. This shall include campaigns, video, microlearning, social media, employee app stories, global safety weeks, microlearning, gamification, and alignment of recognition programs and awards.

Key responsibilities include developing an annual engagement plan, creating content, working closely with Regions, Communications, Global Learning Academy, HR and IT so that safety is always “front of mind” for everyone at Swissport, and everyone understands the role that they play.

Your activities
  • Planning internal and external safety promotion activities, including articles, videos, etc.
  • Collaborating closely with Group Brand, Communications, and Marketing and act as the Key Account Manager for QHSE
  • Collaborating with Regions to plan and track their own regional and local safety days
  • Preparing and analyzing colleague engagement surveys related to safety topics
  • Collaborate with internal teams (content creation, graphic design, commercial) to craft compelling messaging and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Partner with content creators to positively influence key audience perceptions on industry themes through social media, publications, and support for commercial teams.
  • Support with the strategy, production, and delivery of marketing collateral.
  • Develop strategies to connect directly and engage with stakeholders, employees, management, airlines, airports
Your profile
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B and / or internal marketing and content management (an understanding of safety, airport services, and the aviation industry would be desirable).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to tailor communication for diverse audiences.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns for B2B and / or internal audiences.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing best practices.
  • Experience working in a global, process-driven environment, while also being a self-starter and a strong independent thinker.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple priorities
