This role includes performing customized skin care treatments and ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a luxury spa environment. WHO WE ARE? We are Maison CODAGE Marbella, the wellness concept of CODAGE Paris! CODAGE is a contemporary House of Cosmetology founded in 2010 by Amandine & Julien Azencott, brother and sister, passionate about skincare and customer service excellence.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• You will provide tailor-made face & body care treatments.
• Become a CODAGE Cosmetologist: perform skin diagnosis through a complete consultation and formulate 100% custom-made serums in the spa laboratory.
• Become a CODAGE Facialist: perform all face care treatments based on consultation, including technical face massages.
• Become a CODAGE Therapist: perform all body care treatments, implementing massage techniques (muscular, relaxing, draining) to meet guest needs.
• Personalize guest welcoming while respecting the codes of luxury hotels.
• Provide post-treatment guidance to ensure a complete customer experience, build loyalty, and develop sales.
• Ensure proper maintenance of the spa, cabins, and equipment with attention to detail.
