About the Role
As Sous Chef – Fish Preparation, you will lead a dedicated team of 2–3 professionals in managing the entire fish process—from filleting and portioning to precision cooking and final plating at the ship’s main fine-dining venue.
You’ll work in a high-end, fast-paced galley environment, delivering consistent quality and creativity, while ensuring that hygiene and safety standards are met to perfection.
