A global coatings company is seeking a Sourcing Lead for HR Services EMEA to manage sourcing activities across South EMEA. This role will involve leading strategic initiatives, fostering supplier relationships in categories like Contingent Labor and Payroll, with a focus on delivering cost savings. Ideal candidates will have at least 6 years of experience in strategic sourcing and be fluent in English and French.

You will lead strategic sourcing initiatives, foster supplier relationships, and unlock value across categories such as Contingent Labor, Payroll, Learning & Development, and more.
Your Impact
You will manage sourcing activities across South EMEA, ensuring alignment with global strategies and delivering measurable value. You will also support Professional Services sourcing—particularly in the French market—where your language skills and market insight will be essential.
Key Responsibilities
Lead regional sourcing initiatives for HR Services, including RFPs, supplier selection, and compliance monitoring.
Manage supplier relationships across categories including:
Contingent Labor
Payroll and Time Management
Learning & Development
Permanent Recruitment and RPO
Marketing, Consulting, and Fleet (specific to France)
Execute category strategies through:
Stakeholder engagement and communication
Spend analysis and market research
Strategic sourcing tools such as RFX and reverse auctions
Contract management and vendor performance evaluation
Collaborate with global and regional teams to align sourcing plans and drive innovation.
Deliver cost savings and improve working capital through optimized sourcing and contract execution.
What You Bring
Minimum of 6 years’ experience in strategic sourcing within HR or Professional Services.
Proven success in managing regional or global projects and supplier negotiations.
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently, influence stakeholders, and lead change.
Experience with e-sourcing tools and performance tracking.
Fluency in English and French is preferred.
