We are looking for a Software Engineer, with strong DevOps skills and experience with Elixir to strengthen our Engineering team. As a Software Engineer, you will be the driving force behind the development and evolution of our applications, while also actively contributing to the management and optimization of our infrastructure. This role offers remote work for applicants based in Spain or Italy providing an international and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Developing, maintaining, and improving our applications written in Elixir (Phoenix)
• Designing and optimizing PostgreSQL schemas and queries in high-traffic environments
• Collaborating with the team to define new features, ensure code quality, and improve platform performance
• Contributing to the management and optimization of our infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes, ensuring reliability and scalability
• Supporting the automation of deployment, monitoring, and CI / CD processes

Qualifications :

• Solid experience in software development, preferably with Elixir (Phoenix) (though we also consider backgrounds in other functional languages or backends such as Go, Python, Node.js, etc.)
• Excellent knowledge of PostgreSQL and proven experience managing databases in distributed, high-traffic systems
• Problem-solving attitude and a collaborative spirit
• Good knowledge or experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering, preferably with AWS and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with automation and CI / CD tools (Terraform, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar)
• Interest in monitoring and logging topics (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or similar)
• Fluent in Italian and English.
