The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building scalable, maintainable, high-quality applications and is comfortable working across scripting, integration, incident management, and stakeholder support. Fluency in Spanish is required for this role.

  • Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming (OOP).
  • Familiarity with programming languages suitable for building maintainable and production-ready applications (e.g., Java, C#, Go, C++).
  • Deep understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and cloud-native solutions (e.g., Kubernetes, microservices).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and automated testing.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Deliver working software each sprint, taking end-to-end responsibility for increments.
  • Collaborate in cross-functional teams, utilizing M-shaped skills to contribute in multiple areas.
  • Actively participate in Sprint Planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring full involvement in Agile events.
  • Ensure high product quality through adherence to coding standards, testing, refactoring, and excellence.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, maximizing the product value of the team’s work.
  • Engage in continuous learning and improvement, focusing on both technical skills and process enhancements.
  • Support and practice continuous integration, delivering automated build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Promote transparency of work in progress and coordinate with other teams to integrate efforts effectively.
  • Mentor and support team members, sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Take collective ownership of the product, sharing responsibility for both successes and failures.
  • Foster successful team dynamics through effective human interaction, including participation in team-building activities.
