What You'll Actually Do

Backend Engineers will design and build scalable APIs using Python and Django (or Golang if you prefer). You\'ll optimize databases, manage AWS infrastructure, and embrace AI-assisted development to ship faster.

OR Full Stack Engineers will build beautiful React frontends and powerful Django backends. You\'ll work across the entire stack, from user interfaces to cloud infrastructure, collaborating with designers and backend teams.

OR AI Engineers will lead our AI strategy, building advanced agents that understand customer intent, manage conversational flows, and drive real commerce through WhatsApp. You\'ll work with LLMs, RAG systems, sentiment analysis, and cutting-edge AI frameworks.

All roles involve working with AI coding assistants, designing effective prompts, and focusing on architecture rather than manual coding. You\'ll be part of a team that\'s genuinely excited about innovation.

What\'s Looking For

1) Back End Developer :

Must Have :

3+ years of experience in AI software development, with a strong record of delivering impactful solutions.

Databases : Strong knowledge of SQL and No SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Firestore, DynamoDB, ...)

Expertise in Vector Databases (e.g., Milvus, FAISS)

Programming Languages: Proficient in Python, Golang (nice-to-have)

AI & LLM :

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture design

Experience with embeddings, vector search, and knowledge retrieval systems

Real-time sentiment analysis and automated flow adaptation

Architecture & System Design : Event-Driven and Distributed Systems

Microservices and Scalable Architectures

Asynchronous Processing and Real-Time Data Handling

Frameworks & Tools : AI & LLM Frameworks : MCP, Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Agent tracing frameworks

Web Frameworks : FastAPI, Django

ORM & Testing : SQLAlchemy, Pytest

2) Full stack Developer

Must have :
