Location: 100% remote from Spain

We are looking for a Software Developer with experience in IT projects and advanced knowledge in Informatica PowerCenter. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, analytical skills and experience in the financial sector. This position is for a client in the financial sector (banking).

RESPONSABILITIES

• Develop, implement, and maintain IT solutions using Informatica PowerCenter
• Design and optimise ETL processes in Oracle and SQL Server database environments
• Program and automate tasks in Linux environments using shell scripting
• Apply programming language skills to the development of additional solutions
• Collaborate with business analysts and other teams to understand and translate functional requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure code quality and efficiency of developed software
• Research and adopt new technologies to improve performance and functionality of systems
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting of developed applications

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in computer science, software engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT projects.
• At least 3 years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter. xcskxlj Informatica Foundation or Professional Level certification a plus
• Strong knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server databases
• Linux Shell programming experience
• Basic knowledge in at least one programming language
• Experience in business analysis is highly valued
• Experience in the financial sector is a plus
• Willingness to learn new programming languages and technologies
• Good level of English and German
