Overview

At Triangle Talent, a Human Resources consulting firm, we are seeking a Site Manager for an Offshore Project of an international company specialized in surface protection for offshore substations, the maritime and industrial sectors. This exciting opportunity is based in Puerto Real, (Cádiz).

Mission

You will be responsible for coordinating industrial painting activities at their new site in Puerto Real, (Cádiz). You will supervise an international team throughout the project, ensuring work quality, site safety, and compliance with deadlines.

Key responsibilities
  • Daily organization of industrial painting tasks: surface preparation, application, visual inspections.
  • Operational management of subcontractor teams.
  • Communication with on-site quality and HSE supervisors.
  • Monitoring productivity, material consumption, and project progress.
  • Participation in coordination meetings with subcontractors and the end client.
  • Ensuring compliance with HSE, ISO, and offshore/marine standards and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: higher technician or similar in mechanics, industrial painting, maintenance, etc.
  • Languages: fluent or native Spanish (mandatory); professional English (mandatory); French is a plus.
  • Experience around two years in industrial painting, ideally in marine/offshore environments.
  • Knowledge of anti-corrosion systems, metallization, blasting, and surface preparation.
  • Experience in structured and international environments is highly valued.
  • Soft skills: leadership and strong organizational skills, intercultural communication, adaptability and teamwork.
