We are seeking a Site Manager for our HOME Market, responsible for ensuring the installation of electrical components and equipment in conformance with quality standards.

Area of Responsibility
  • Perform technically correct electrical installation work.
  • Ensure quality and currency of documentation for electrical component installation (installation records).
  • Study project conditions in terms of time and resources, collaborating with the Project Manager for Work Plan approval by the Client.
Main Tasks
  • Review required materials before work commencement.
  • Launch and execute the work.
  • Design the project layout.
  • Adapt plans to land realities.
  • Attend meetings with clients or technical assistance teams and superiors.
  • Ensure compliance with Quality, Health and Safety, and Environment Plans.
  • Control and record the final status of installations.
  • Support personnel coordination among subcontractors and Siemens staff.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors on-site regarding work quality and measurements for certification.
  • Assist in managing Work Teams.
  • Handle client requests, technical assistance, or operational needs for commissioning or other purposes.
  • Negotiate and approve work changes within expense limits, with supervisor authorization.
  • Prepare follow-up reports and meeting minutes documenting agreements.
  • Manage legal documentation for work launch (Health and Safety plans, work center applications, notices, etc.).
  • Support project risk and claim management by identifying risks and opportunities, and developing mitigation strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Manager in a railway signaling company.
  • Technical knowledge of signaling systems, with experience in national projects (international experience is valuable).
  • Experience working with international customers, partners, and providers.
  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent professional electronic training (FPII) or similar.
  • Soft skills: Customer focus, results drive, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English (B2 level).
  • Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends as required.
