Formación

• 3 to 6 years industry and project experience in ServiceNow.
• 5+ years experience architecting, developing, deploying, and customizing ServiceNow.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and complex projects.

Leadership in ServiceNow team

ServiceNow Scripting

Custom Application Development

Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, CMDB, APM

Required Qualifications:

• Upper Intermediate conversational skills
• Industry and project experience of 3 to 6 yrs in ServiceNow
• Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions in client environments.
• Ability to manage multiple customers, complex projects and multiple initiatives at the same time
• 3+ years of experience leading a ServiceNow team and driving solutions
• 5+ years of experience architecting, developing, deploying, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow in an enterprise environment
• Strong experience with ServiceNow Scripting - Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, JavaScript, etc.
• Strong experience in Custom Application Development using ServiceNow
• Strong experience in any of this modules: ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, CMDB, APM.
