A leading engineering company based in Granollers is seeking a Sales Engineer to manage client interactions and drive sales for their service products in Catalonia, Valencia, and the Balearic Islands. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering, at least 2 years of technical sales experience, and fluency in Spanish, Catalan, and English. This role offers flexible working hours, remote work options, and a competitive compensation package.

Responsibilities / Tasks
  • Lead and manage client interactions within your designated area (Catalonia, Valencia, and Balearic Islands) to ensure customer loyalty through our Service products.
  • Increase sales volume and profitability of our Service portfolio.
  • Plan activities and set objectives within the Service Sales team.
  • Launch and promote sales campaigns for Service-related products.
  • Provide technical and commercial advice to clients across the designated region.
  • Collaborate on cross‑selling initiatives with the new equipment sales team and other GEA technology sales teams.
  • Review and understand technical reports from the field team to facilitate effective client communication.
  • Participate in trade fairs, promoting service equipment sales alongside new equipment sales.
  • Provide market feedback (competition, trends, etc.) to the service equipment sales management team.
Your Profile / Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical); Chemical or Electrical Engineering also considered. Electrical and/or industrial process knowledge is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales.
  • Strong customer orientation and goal‑driven mindset.
  • Fluent in Spanish, Catalan, and English.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, organizational methods, and ERP tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and availability to travel.
