Carrots Lab is a fast‑moving studio building and scaling consumer subscription apps (iOS / Android). We manage meaningful monthly budgets and operate with a strict payback mindset. We’re now hiring a Senior User Acquisition Manager to own performance across Google & Meta, engineer smarter conversion signals with our data team, and expand into ASA / ASO and organic TikTok. This is a high‑leverage role: you’ll take what’s founder‑led today and turn it into a repeatable, capital‑efficient acquisition engine.
Responsibilities
- ⭐ Profitably scale paid growth across Google Ads and Meta Ads, hitting +10% MoM growth while protecting payback.
- Signal engineering with our data analyst: choose / weight the right conversion events (trial starts, weekly renewal, revenue, predicted LTV), implement value‑based bidding, and feed better optimization signals to ad platforms.
- Cash discipline & reporting: treat spend like it’s your own.
- Channel expansion: pilot Apple Search Ads and lead ASO experiments (metadata & creative / store assets), plus coordinate organic TikTok via a creator‑outreach intern.
- Creative direction (performance): brief a junior motion designer for Meta video tests; Google: lower blended CAC and shorten payback by improving keyword mix, auction strategy, and conversion schema.
- Meta: launch structured tests (audiences x creatives x placements), reach stable CPAs with a clear path to scale.
- Measurement: live Looker dashboards (daily pacing, weekly cohort ROAS, payback view) and a single source of truth across AppsFlyer, BigQuery, RevenueCat, Firebase, Amplitude.
- Playbook: documented testing cadence (weekly) and budget reallocation rules.
- Design, launch, and scale Meta (campaign structure, creative testing matrix, value‑based bidding).
- Partner with the Data Analyst to test proxy events and predicted LTV (e.g., own ASO roadmap – keyword strategy, Product Page Optimization, custom store listings, screenshots / video iterations).
- Manage a creator‑outreach intern (TikTok organic + UGC partnerships on pay‑per‑view / desired KPI).
- Hands‑on budgets & results.
Qualifications
- You have directly managed €100k+ / month across Google Ads + Meta Ads for consumer subscription apps and can share metrics (CAC, payback, LTV : CAC).
- You’ve launched and scaled Meta for mobile apps (creative testing, audiences, value optimization, ATT / SKAdNetwork‑aware measurement).
- Google Ads for apps.
- You’ve built actionable dashboards (preferably Looker) and make decisions from cohort / LTV data, not screenshots.
- Frugal with spend, relentless on payback, and comfortable being challenged with data.
- Familiarity with BigQuery and collaborating on models (you don’t need to code); Experience with RevenueCat (subscriptions), Firebase (events / remote config), Amplitude (funnels).
- Experience mentoring juniors (design, interns) and building test calendars.
