Overview

As a QA Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our software products.

We are seeking an expert who combines strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities and a hands-on approach to quality assurance in modern software development environments.

Responsibilities

• Promoting a culture of quality through effective planning, execution, and continuous improvement of testing practices.
• Creating and maintaining test plans, test cycles, test cases, and automated test suites that cover integration, system / E2E, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Collaborating with developers, product owners, and QA peers to define test strategies, estimate efforts, ensure coverage, and maintain traceability.
• Identifying, analyzing, and reporting software defects; collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Integrating testing into CI / CD pipelines and contributing to DevOps practices.
• Guiding junior QA engineers, fostering best practices, continuous learning, and effective teamwork.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have certifications such as ISTQB Foundation Level and ISTQB Test Manager. Strong experience in test case design, test automation, and QA reporting activities is also required. Proficiency in scripting languages, databases, cloud platforms, and DevOps tools is necessary.
