• 5+ years of SAP integration experience in complex HRIS projects.
• Strong understanding of business processes within SAP HCM.
• Extensive experience with data migrations and integrations.

Which tasks can you expect?

• Design and manage integrations between SAP and other Systems like SucessFactors, Workday, Workforce Software etc.
• Ensure technical quality and good performance of integration solutions.
• Solve technical problems in integrations within SAP
• Maintaining and Developing SAP products
• Cerating and maintanta of web services

What do you have to offer?

• Years of experience : 5+ years of SAP integration within complex HRIS projects, like Workday-SAP HCM integrations
• Functional knowledge :
• Strong understanding of business processes within SAP module (HCM).
• Knowledge of advanced integration techniques and best practices.
• Technical knowledge :
• Extensive experience with SAP ABAP 4, Web services, IDoc, RFC, PECI and other integration tools.
• Mastery of ABAP programming and advanced data transformation logic.
• Extensive experience with large-scale data migrations and integrations
• Familiarity with advanced middleware technologies and API management.

Certifications

SAP certifications in ABAP is nice to have

Soft skills

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client engagement skills.

Leadership skills

Able to mentor medior consultants.

Client-facing skills

Frequently interacts with clients to provide strategic consultation on integration solutions.
