A leading steel producer seeks a Sales Manager to oversee and manage sales activities for Bars & Rods in Iberia. Responsible for achieving ambitious sales targets and expanding market presence. Candidates should have at least 10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Wire Rod, and strong relationships within the Iberian market. Requires fluency in Spanish and English, with knowledge of steel industry technologies. Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time is essential.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years in B2B sales of long products, preferably Wire Rod.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; additional European languages are advantageous.
• Familiarity with steel making technologies & EAF-based products.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Sales and Market development activities in Iberia.
• Manage sales to achieve KPIs related to growth and customer satisfaction.
• Drive sales in the Wire Rod and drawn-wire segment.
