Formación

• Experiencia probada en el sector inmobiliario, preferentemente en alquileres de lujo y en el mercado de Barcelona.
• Competencia en inglés y español.
• Auto-motivado, orientado a resultados y adaptable a un equipo internacional.

Responsabilidades

• Identificar y asegurar propiedades de lujo para alquiler en Barcelona.
• Cultivar relaciones con propietarios de propiedades.
• Gestionar el ciclo de alquiler de principio a fin.
• Colaborar con el equipo de marketing para promover propiedades.
• Mantener actualizado el CRM con los requisitos de los clientes.

Main Responsibilities

Property Listings for Rentals

Identify and secure exclusive luxury properties for rentals in Barcelona's most desirable areas. Negotiate mediation agreements with property owners. Collect and verify all necessary property documentation for listings.

Relationship Management

Cultivate and maintain relationships with property owners, providing ongoing advisory and ensuring proactive, high-quality communication. Offer a personalized experience for both landlords and tenants, addressing their unique needs with professionalism and discretion.

End-to-End Rental Cycle Management

Guide clients (tenants) through the rental process from initial inquiry to post-completion, delivering a seamless, luxury service experience. Offer creative solutions to overcome challenges and close deals aligning with landlords’ and tenants’ interests.

Marketing and Promotion

Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure each property is promoted with high-quality visual and written content, maximizing exposure and occupancy. Conduct property visits with prospective clients, showcasing each property’s premium features.

CRM and Database Management

Keep the CRM updated with client requirements and market trends, maintaining a personal client database aligned with company standards: track occupancy rates, client feedback, and property performance for strategic insights.

Requirements

Proven experience in the real estate sector, ideally in luxury rentals and Barcelona's market.

Strong business acumen in real estate, legal, and financial processes related to rentals.

Proficient in English and Spanish, with excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Customer-focused with the ability to meet the high standards of national and international clients.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to working within a dynamic, international team.

Proactive, organized, with a flexible schedule and a “can-do” attitude.
